Applications are invited from candidates for admission in the following postgraduate Medical Courses for the year 2015-16

M.S CARDIAC SURGERY (DURATION 05 YEARS)
One year house job from a recognized teaching institute.
Passed UHS Entry Test.

Appeared in aptitude interview.

M.D CARDIOLOGY (DURATION 05 YEARS)
One year house job with at-least six months in particular discipline.
One year experience in particular specialty/ internal Medicine/ Allied Medical discipline in the given order of proforma.

Passed UHS Entry Test.

Appeared in aptitude interview.
DIPLOMA IN CARDIOLOGY (DURATION 02 YEARS)
One year House Job in a recognized teaching institute including six months in General Medicine/Cardiology duly signed and counter signed by the competent authority,
Experience as Medical Officer/Registrar in the Department of Cardiology for at least one year in a recognized teaching hospital duly signed and counter signed by the competent authority.

Passed UHS Entry Test.

Passed in aptitude interview.

Last date for submission of Admission Forms: 11.05.2015
Entry test date will be scheduled by UHS, Lahore. Interviews Schedule will be fixed after the result of entry test by the UHS, Lahore.
