2+2=? Synergy in Education
Have you ever thought about what amount of information exists on our planet? Even if you did try, you can’t. It is unimaginable. Yet many among us are those who try to grasp as much information and gain as much knowledge during their lives as possible. Synergy in this respect can be understood very easily by the very famous quote of Aristotle, ‘The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.’
Those who consider studying as a tedious task seldom learn much. Education is not just about cramming your lessons and solving mathematical problems (a task I myself am not very fond of) but is far more than the typical notion. It is something that increases your intellect, helps build confidence and enables you to get out of your ‘life bubble’. But you need to develop a passion for it. Instead of considering it mundane, you have to develop a love for knowing more.
For people who have that thirst, synergy gets developed. You learn about something, you ponder over it, develop connections and the overall result is huge. Instead of just knowing what you started with, you become familiar with so much more and once you share that knowledge with others you get more clarity. Others benefit and knowledge is spread, resulting in the betterment of the society on the whole.
Even the organizations of the era believe in the idea and are focusing on the concept of Knowledge sharing. Different organizations are using different mechanisms to facilitate sharing of information, identifying tacit knowledge and converting it more into explicit knowledge for the benefit of others.
Share your Knowledge.
It is a way to achieve immortality
