
Tips for a Healthy Morning
Everyone wants to wake up fresh and happy. Morning is probably not the favourite part of one’s day usually if you had a sleepless night before. However, there are certain tactics through which you can make your morning more refreshing and energizing and can increase your chance of having a healthy and productive day. Some of them are given below.
1. Go to sleep with your blinds or curtains halfway open.
Waking up with the sunshine coming from the window is the most peaceful way to wake up. So when the alarm goes off you are already half awake. Keeping this routine helps you to rely on your biological clock rather than the alarm clock.
2. Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier.
This helps you to relax and you don’t have to rush to be on time. You can start your day by lying in bed and waking up slowly. Also it’s a fact that additional sleeping minutes give you immense pleasure.
3. Stretch every extremity for 15 seconds.
It’s better if you do this before opening your eyes. Stretch your body softly beginning from arm to fingers and then to legs and toes. This will help regulate your blood flow and limber up your muscles and joints.
4. Take a shower and sit in it.
Take shower daily. If possible then use a chair and sit in the shower for a couple of minutes. This will relax you. It is preferred that you use a little warm water. It is more effective, and you can remove the chair afterwards and take a normal bath.
5. Brush your tongue for one minute.
To get a fresh breath along with your teeth brush your tongue too. Use a mint toothpaste for good odour.
6. Take a healthy breakfast
A healthy and refreshing breakfast will make your day. Drink plenty of water. Add fresh juice or a fruit for vitamin intake. Don’t take a heavy breakfast. A cup of tea or coffee will also help lighten your mind. Use real sugar in your coffee and tea.
7. Take a small span of exercise.
You can hop on a treadmill or simply stretch your body or even a ten minute walk will do. This will energize you and will help increase your adrenal rush.
8. Read a motivational quote every morning.

9. Plan ahead.
This means that all things you need for the day should be ready in advance. Your clothes must be pressed. Your things you need for your school, college or office should all be sorted out in one place. Last but not the least, spend some time with your family. Having a happy family relationship is the key to a contented life.
