So it is essential for us to facilitate students and help them maintain a healthy balance. We should remember that technology is here to facilitate us, not frustrate us beyond our capacity. We should identify the main reasons why we have to use technology and then limit it to that and spend more time in real interactions. Students should use technology to get help for their studies; there is a lot of good stuff available on the internet to facilitate us. But they should also realize and take it as their own responsibility to know what they should and should not do using technology.

The way you teach depends upon your audience. Here, we are talking about the millennial generation. Students are so much involved in technology that the teacher not using it would lose the attention of his class. Teachers do not have the threat of getting replaced by technology but teachers who do not use technology will be replaced by those who do. Teachers must understand this in order to be more effective and efficient in their profession.
Why Should Parents Use Technology:
Parents must learn to use the latest technology in order to stay on the same page as their kids. The schools today have adapted technology so parents who do not know much about it can end up knowing nothing about their kids and their school work. They must learn to understand the utility of technology, its benefits as well as its drawbacks. Parents don’t have to be experts with technology but they must know and talk to their kids to let them know what is expected of them. They should understand why technology is essential and also communicate the message to their kids so that they don’t get de-tracked. Parents should learn to use tools for parental check and filters so that they can monitor their kid’s time on the internet.
