
Things to remember while eating out
It is always better to prepare lunch from home. Eating from outside might be un-hygienic. It is very tempting when everyone around you is eating unhealthy food which looks and even tastes good but that does not mean that it is good for your health. Eating fast food with high calories and high fat can drag a person’s body down.
The most obvious problem is weight gain. But because the food we eat affects how our bodies function, eating the right (or wrong) foods can influence a number of things:
- mental functioning
- emotional well-being
- energy
- strength
- weight
- future health
So try to bring healthy lunch from home or if you have to eat out make sure you choose wisely what to eat, because we are what we eat.
