Parents’ Transfer and Migration
People who are employed in services that require travelling and migration often face many problems. One of the most important problems they face is regarding their child’s education. Children suffer through complete change in residence and learning environment such as schools. It’s difficult for them to adjust in new circumstances and getting along with new peers. Most of them feel deprived and lonely and experience rejection from their fellow classmates. These circumstances adversely affect a child’s mental state which eventually has results in poor academic performances.
However parents can make efforts to reduce such traumas for their children. Proper guidance and counselling can help children dealing with stressful situations. It is best to discuss things with your child and give him the comfort to express his problems with you. Parents can be great motivators and comforters for their children if they develop healthy and friendly relationship with their children.
