Course Overview:
- Pathology and pathogenesis of diseases due to mineral deficiencies.
- Pathology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of hemoprotozoan diseases.
- Pathogenesis and diagnosis of anemia in dogs and cats.
- Pathology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of chronic intracellular bacterial infections.
- Studies on pathological effects of drugs/indigenous plants/ fungal toxins in animals and poultry.
- Pathology and pathogenesis of infectious and non-infectious diseases of poultry.
Development of molecular diagnostic techniques for infectious diseases.
No. of Semesters: 6-10
Course duration: 3-5 years
Requirements: The candidates must have Master’s degree (M.Sc. Hons./M.Phil) in related field of study with minimum of 1st Division according to annual system or not less than CGPA 3.00/4.00 according to semester system from HEC recognized universities. Candidates will have to clear GRE subject test which will be arranged by university. Qualifying score 70%.
