* Studio Elective: A studio elective, in the case of a B.F.A. can be any practice based course offered by the Department of Fine Art of UMT. Students can take studio electives in consultation with their advisor. However, students specializing in 2 Dimensional, 3 Dimensional or New Media Arts must complete introductory, intermediate and advanced level courses in the area of their specialization – for example Painting I, II, III.
