National Conference for Developing Media – AIOU

As per tradition of enhancing the importance of numerous things, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad will be soon organizing a National Conference for Developing Media. It is aimed to enhance the media – academia relationship and encourage the community-based research. Furthermore, the purpose of this conference is to indulge people into the latest revolutions in social region that ultimately helps in the development of the whole society.

AIOU representative mentioned on Sunday that the following announcement is disclosed by Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui - Vice Chancellor, AIOU during his address to the academic staff department of Social Sciences, AIOU at a get-together. Moreover, “Media in Postmodern Time” would be the theme of the conference while it would the first time ever that a media conference will be conducted on the level of University. This conference is aimed to address to the community responsible for the issues through combined efforts.
