Admission open at Unique Group of Institutions Lahore for Class 9^th in Morning and evening both. Classes will start in March 2015.

 Co-Curricular activities are integral part of education at Unique. These develop creativity and undo the effect of stagnant and laborious cramming and drilling. There is no denying the fact that extra-curricular activities strike a balance between the mind and physique of students. That is why, co-curricular and extra curricular activities should be conducted with education to breed such invincible brains that become the genius of the nation.

To make the young generation realize the importance of creation of Pakistan, Independence Day celebrations are held every year with great patriotic zeal.

 

THE QUAID DAY

The father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, is remembered, appreciated and attributed through celebrations with patriotic fervor every year.

 

THE IQBAL DAY

Sir, Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal envisaged separate homeland for the Muslims of the sub-continent. The Iqbal Day is commemorated enthusiastically to pay him rich tribute. A function on Iqbal Day is held every year to grace this auspicious occasion.

 

THE QIRA’T AND NA’AT COMPETITIONS

The complete allegiance to the Quranic injunctions is the guarantee to success in this life and the Hereafter. The Holy Quran has an absolute answer to every worldly problem and is perpetually helpful in the intellectual and scientific evolution. In this pursuit, Qira’at, Na’at competitions and debates are held every year with religious fervor.

STUDY & RECREATIONAL TOURS

To undo the effect of the enormous study work, educational and recreational tours are chalked out, off and on, to enhance students’ stamina for their better careers. These tours also provide ample opportunity to students to learn. Such tour help teachers and students come in a close contact so that the transition of constructive attitudes may take place. The college arranges such tours both for the girls and the boys separately and takes them to various places of social and historical significance.

 

ANNUAL SPORTS DAY

During the second term, we have our Annual Sports Day, mostly in the months of November & December. It’s a very colorful and exciting event of the school. All children love sports. Every child takes part in sports activities. The main emphasis is on physical as well as mental development, and enjoyment, improving personal performance, fitness and team work.

We are proud of all our students and their sporting achievements. They work well as a team and as individuals. Parents and our staff also participate in annual sports day, which shows their close association with the school.

CAREER COUNSELLING AND GUIDANCE

Unemployment and digressed career orientation have rusted the innate guts and talent of the Pakistani youth. This ever-increasing and nightmarish phenomenon has become chronic socio-economic problem of the society. Worst comes to the worst when the educational institutions spawn random stuff of students who are unfit when skill and expertise is the order of the day for a better future of the youth. Unique College has taken cudgels to spare the students from this score point of society. A functional Career Counselling and Guidance committee has been setup to foresee the hidden abilities of the students and materialize them to become a befittingly useful employer for his/her organization and lucrative payee to their own economic well-being.

 

TRANSPORT FACILITY

In a metropolis like Lahore, education has become a rigorous activity due to lack transportation facilities for public. Unique Colleges maintain a transport service to facilitate students. This facility saves students from rigorous public transport and provides easy access.

 

The college students can utilize this service on the approved intra-city routes. It is incumbent on students to display good manners during the journey. They are expected to extend full cooperation with the bus staff.

CLASSROOMS

The college campuses are located on Wahdat Road, Lahore. All the classrooms are air-conditioned, well-lit and capacious. The campus provides Audio-Visual Aids as well as the multimedia to teachers and students alike. In a student-friendly environment at the campus, students are encouraged to participate in classroom-based activities.

COMPUTER LABS

The computer literacy and its training has become essential throughout the world. A person or a nation cannot make rapid progress in the world without the knowledge and training of computers. They are now being used in almost all the walks of human activity as education, science, business and finance.
To meet the requirements of the modern era, well-equipped computer labs are also available for the students.

 

SCIENCE LABORATORIES
Science laboratories are maintained as per standards set by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore. These laboratories are well-equipped with the state-of-the-art apparatuses. Experienced science teachers and expert lab attendants guide students in performing experiments.

 

LIBRARY
In the modern times, libraries have assumed a pivotal role in the dissemination of knowledge and learning. The existence of a good and up-to-the-date library in an educational institutions is virtually indispensable.
Qualified and experienced librarians are the incharges of the college libraries in both campuses. There are well-furnished and spacious libraries with up-to-the-minute and top-notch technological systems. The libraries of both campuses contain thousands of books on diverse topics ranging from information technology to anthropology and from theology to literature. Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual journals and magazines are at hand for the enthusiastic students. Text-books, dictionaries, encyclopaedias and reference books are always available for teachers and students. Both the colleges have subscriptions of several daily newspapers and magazines. Students have access to an electronic library with internet facility as well.

 

CAFETERIA

Both campuses have canteens for the faculty members and students. These canteens provide healthy and hygienic atmosphere where students can enjoy drinks and eatables at very reasonable prices.

RULES & REGULATIONS

No Student will be allowed to attend classes without proper school uniform.All students are instructed to reach the school in time.Students are not allowed to stand outside or in front of school or roam about in the premises.Students are expected to behave in a serious, refined and responsible manner.

In   case   of   any   inconvenience   or   inquiry, students   are   advised   to   consult   their teachers-in-charge.School   premises,   classrooms   and   the surrounding must be kept neat and clean.Students  are  strictly  prohibited   to  write  on walls and white boards.Students   should   not   touch   the   electric installations and appliances.

Students   are   not   allowed   to   take   leave without any specific reasons or emergency.

The leave application form must bear the signatures   of   both   the   parents and   the teacher-in-charge.

Attendance of the students in the class test is compulsory. In case of absence in the test, the student   shall   have   to   appear   in   the supplementary test of the same subject.

Supplementary test marks are not considered for Class-Position Scholarship but these marks are mentioned on the result sheet.

Minimum 33% mark is required to pass  terminal examinations, and 40% to    pass  class test.

Class position scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of their performance in monthly   tests.   In   addition   to   these Scholarships,   students   are   also   granted Encouragement Scholarships.

Discipline   in   the   school   premises   is mandatory.

Instructions or   any   notice   issued   by   the Principal or Vice Principal should   be followed strictly.

School staff, security guards and the office management staff render commendable service and they deserve due regard from the students.

Students and parents are not allowed to register any complaint against the management, the faculty to any official authority or

agency regarding the matters related to the institution without written permission from the principal.

A student will be expelled from the school without notice if  parents/guardians misbehaved with any employee of the school.
